UNIVERSITY & CAREER COUNSELLING
“What do you want to be when you grow up?” This timeless question has been asked of students for ages. The relationship between one’s education and one’s future is a natural connection that does not always provide the most obvious answers.
At ISS, we gladly offer individualised support as students begin to question and explore the possibilities that await them after graduation.
The ISS Counselling team has a long, successful history of supporting its students as they prepare for university admission around the world. Recent students have attended leading institutions such as the University of Cambridge, Imperial College London, Delft University of Technology, the Norwegian University of Science of Technology, New York University and Texas A&M.
Determining which university to attend and what course of study to pursue is a bit of an art and a science. The college search process can be an enjoyable experience for students and their families, but it takes proper planning, research and a bit of soul searching.
As students continue to explore, ask questions and step foot on college and university campuses, the task of searching for the “best fit” can become the cornerstone of an unforgettable and enlightening journey.
We provide careful guidance and valuable assistance regarding course selection, examination requirements and more to insure students are well prepared for university and beyond.
Our SOAR seminar programme and Bridge U college/career search tool help guide students and families through user-friendly features that include inventories, journaling, task management and university application tracking. Our university fairs allow students to meet with college/university representatives right on campus.
In the end, there is no right answer because the beautiful thing about learning is that it is lifelong!
