NEW FAMILY INFORMATION
We are excited that your family is joining the ISS community. Hopefully the following information is helpful in your preparations:
Before the start of school, parents will be e-mailed information from the Principals and Office Managers regarding orientation (Middle and High School) and/or meet-the-teacher day (Early Childhood and Primary School).
- At the meet-the teacher day (EC/PS), parents and children are welcomed by their new teacher, see their classroom and review other details.
- At the MS/HS orientation, students schedule and confirm classes, take a student-led tour, become more familiar with their new “home” and review paperwork together. (There may be language or math testing as well, which will be set up in advance if necessary.)
Arriving later in the year? Please do not be concerned. All new students receive some form of orientation before their first full day of school.
